Confirmation of cannabis non-applicability of CBD products
Products containing CBD (cannabidiol) extracted and manufactured only from the mature stems and seeds of cannabis plants do not fall under the category of “cannabis” under the Cannabis Control Act. The Enforcement Department has confirmed whether or not this applies.
