This soba restaurant is located in Chino, a neighboring town of Suwa. We are committed to using whole buckwheat grown at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake, a local famous mountain, and our skilled craftsmen create a unique soba experience. We also offer popular “Douzuki Soba” and seasonal soba dishes. There are many soba restaurants in this area, and this street is even called “Soba Street”. When I have guests, I entertain them at this soba restaurant.
