How the Import Verdict™ Process Works

Please read before submitting

  1. Submit your product information and documents using the form below.
  2. We review your submission. If any information is missing, we will contact you by email.
  3. Once we have everything needed, we send you a formal quotation and invoice by email.
  4. We begin work as soon as your payment is confirmed.
  5. We submit your documents to — or contact by phone — the relevant Japanese public authorities: Customs, quarantine stations, and MHLW.
  6. Responses from Japanese public authorities typically take approximately one week.
  7. Note: Japanese public authorities often respond verbally by phone rather than in writing by email or post. This is standard practice in Japan.
  8. We document the authority's response and deliver it to you as a formal A4 PDF report.

Service fee: ¥50,000 + consumption tax (10%) = ¥55,000 per product  ·  Each additional product: +¥35,000 + tax = ¥38,500
